6 minutes exercise a week is all you have to keep fit!

Researchers at Canada’s McMaster University state that to keep fit it may just be neccessary to accomplish just six minutes of intense exercise weekly and that may be just as effectual as six hours of moderate activity. The study showed short bursts of very intense exercise improved muscles capacity, and improved endurance, but experts warn it might be too much for folks not already fit. Top three factors 27 % of parents believe that it is alright to give a teen a prescription medication that was not prescribed for that teen: obtaining hurt, poor menstrual complications or cramps sleeping. ‘With one in five teens reporting misuse of a prescription drugs to obtain high, parents must open their eyes to the dangers of this brand-new tier of teen drug abuse,’ said Steve Pasierb, CEO, the Partnership for a Drug-Free America. ‘Teens and their parents have a false sense of protection, mistakenly believing it’s in some way safer to abuse prescription medication than street drugs.
